Terms of service.

These terms govern use of this website and the purchase, download, and use of China Heritage Classroom digital teaching resources. Last updated: September 22, 2026

1. Agreement to these terms

By accessing this website or purchasing, downloading, or using a product, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website or purchase the product.

2. The product

The current product is a one-time digital bundle of 12 English-language PPTX teaching resources about Chinese cultural heritage. The product page controls the current edition, price, and files included with an order at the time of purchase.

3. Payment and digital delivery

This is a one-time digital purchase, not a subscription, unless checkout expressly states otherwise. Dodo Payments processes the transaction and may calculate taxes, issue receipts, screen for fraud, and handle payment-related matters under its own buyer terms.

After successful payment, access is provided by email or the customer portal configured for the order. You are responsible for entering a working email address and keeping a lawful backup of files you download. If delivery cannot be located, visit Find your order.

4. Educator-use licence

After purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download, edit, and use the purchased PPTX files for your own educational teaching activities.

You may not

  • sell, sublicense, redistribute, upload, publish, or make the original files available to others;
  • share the files as a public download, course library, template collection, or membership benefit;
  • remove ownership notices or rebrand the files as your own product; or
  • use the files or substantial portions of them to create a competing commercial resource.

A purchase grants a licence; it does not transfer ownership of the product.

5. Educational use

The materials are general educational resources. Teachers remain responsible for reviewing and adapting content for the age, needs, curriculum, accessibility requirements, and cultural context of their students.

6. Refunds

Digital-product refund requests are handled in accordance with applicable law and the buyer terms presented by Dodo Payments at checkout. Where you need help locating an order, use the order-recovery page and the delivery email associated with your purchase.

7. Updates and availability

Your purchase includes the edition and files identified at checkout. Future revisions, replacement editions, or additional files are included only where the product page expressly says so. We may update, replace, or discontinue website content and products, subject to existing customer rights and applicable law.

8. Intellectual property

The original text, selection, organisation, graphics, branding, and layout of this website and its products are owned by China Heritage Classroom or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names and materials remain the property of their respective owners.

9. Third-party services and links

This site may link to Dodo Payments, Vercel, or other third parties. Their content, availability, terms, and privacy practices are outside our control. A link is provided for convenience and does not itself constitute endorsement.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the website and digital products are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free files, compatibility with every device or application, or fitness for a particular teaching context. Rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, China Heritage Classroom and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the website or product. Where liability may lawfully be limited, total liability for a product-related claim will not exceed the amount paid for that product. This does not limit liability that cannot legally be limited.
